Recruitment Process

Application

We encourage all applicants to apply online through our website or via SEEK, as this allows us to efficiently review applications and keep you updated on your progress. Pre-Screening Phone Call

If your application is shortlisted, a member of our recruitment team will contact you for a brief phone call. This is to assess your suitability for the role, confirm key details (such as availability, location, and required checks), and answer any initial questions you may have.

Interview

Depending on the role’s location, the interview will be conducted either face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams. You’ll meet with hiring managers to discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with our values. For frontline roles, you may also be asked to respond to scenario-based questions related to the role you’ve applied for.

Compliance & Checks

If successful, we will contact your references and you’ll be required to complete relevant compliance checks, such as a Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening, depending on the role.

Job Offer & Onboarding

Once you’ve received a formal offer of employment, our onboarding process will commence to ensure you have the necessary checks, training and resources to start your role with confidence.
