Medication Management

Managing medication at home can be challenging, but we make it simple and safe. We assist with medication set-up, scheduling, and administration, ensuring clear communication between Kanda, your pharmacist, and GP to track your ongoing care.

IV Therapy

Receiving IV therapy at home offers a convenient alternative to extended hospital stays or frequent clinical visits. Our nurses are proficient in administering a wide range of IV therapies, including 24-hour infusions, to treat infections unresponsive to oral antibiotics or antiviral medications. We collaborate closely with your treating specialist to ensure a safe and effective treatment plan in the comfort of your home.

Continence Assistance & Stomal Therapy

Our continence and stomal therapy services are designed to provide effective management for bowel and bladder control issues. Our trained nurses can offer continence assessments to ensure the right aids and appliances are in place for you. Our expertise includes: - catheter care, including SPC and IDC (male and female) - stomal therapy - developing personal continence management plans.
