Feedback & Complaints

At Kanda, we’re here to listen, learn, and grow together. Your feedback helps us make our services stronger and ensures we’re supporting people in the best way possible. We welcome feedback and complaints from the people we support, their families, carers, other organisations, and the community.

We value your feedback

When you share your thoughts, we take them seriously and make sure your privacy and confidentiality are protected. Our team approaches every concern with care, respect, and a commitment to resolving it in line with Kanda’s values — honesty and respect. There are two ways you can leave your feedback or make a complaint safely.

Submit an Online Form

You can complete the Kanda Feedback and Complaints Form online, with the option to provide your contact details or submit your feedback anonymously.

Phone

If you prefer to provide feedback over the phone, you can call us and our team will guide you through the process.

Reportable Conduct Scheme

Our Reportable Conduct Scheme is designed to strengthen how Kanda manages concerns about inappropriate behaviour towards children. It requires us to take all concerns seriously, report, investigate and respond appropriately.

Kanda is subject to Queensland’s Reportable Conduct Scheme.

This means any concerns about child abuse or harm caused by a worker or volunteer will be investigated and reported to the Queensland Family and Child Commission, as the law requires.

We take our responsibilities under the scheme very seriously. If you have a concern, report it to us immediately.

Notify us about a reportable conduct matter via reportableconduct@kandacare.com.au
